What plans control

Your plan determines which Flow Buddy features are available to your shop.

Feature differences

• Basic: webhook triggers, storefront triggers, flow-to-flow triggers, and email send
• Starter: everything in Basic plus AI text actions
• Pro: everything in Starter plus SFTP import and export
• Scale: intended for Shopify Plus merchants

How to choose

• Choose Basic if you need lightweight automation and email only.
• Choose Starter if you need AI text generation in Flow.
• Choose Pro if you need SFTP-based imports or exports.
• Choose Scale only if your business needs the Shopify Plus positioning or custom commercial packaging.

How to change plans

1. Open Plans and Billing in Flow Buddy.
2. Review the feature matrix.
3. Pick the plan that matches the features you need.
4. Approve the Shopify billing step when prompted.

Things to check

• Some features are gated by plan.
• AI usage can have plan-based limits.
