What it does

This action sends branded HTML email directly from Shopify Flow.

When to use it

Use it for internal alerts, customer notifications, and simple automated messages that should come from Flow.

Before you start

• Install Flow Buddy
• Confirm your plan includes the email action
• Open Email Settings in Flow Buddy
• Decide which recipient, subject, and dynamic variables you need

Setup steps

1. Open Email Settings in Flow Buddy.
2. Configure the sender details and brand colors.
3. Save the settings.
4. Open Shopify Flow.
5. Add the Flow Buddy Send Email action to a workflow.
6. Fill in recipient, subject, and message content.
7. Use test data and run the workflow.
8. Confirm the email is delivered and styled correctly.

Example

When an order is fulfilled, Flow sends a confirmation email that includes the customer name and order number.
